This won’t work everywhere, but I’ve done it before to help a friend. This will only work if your school uses an electronic registration system.

Find somebody who gets priority registration. This could be an honors student, student athlete, or seniors in general. Have them sign up for a class until it is your time to register, and then have them drop it just in time for you to pick up the class.
